螺桿式空壓機進氣閥的工作過程是：啟動.加載.卸載.容調(diào).停機

（1）啟動。電機啟動，主機開始運轉(zhuǎn)，進氣閥關閉狀態(tài)閥芯上的小孔進氣，經(jīng)過壓縮的油氣進入油氣桶，系統(tǒng)壓力逐漸上升。
（2）加載。電機是三角轉(zhuǎn)換，控制系統(tǒng)（壓力開關）會比較系統(tǒng)的實際壓力與設定壓力，當系統(tǒng)壓力低于壓力開關設定下限壓力時，壓力開關動作使加載電磁閥（三向電磁閥）加電三向電磁閥開啟，向進氣門伺服汽缸供氣推動控制氣缸打開蝶閥，進氣閥全開吸氣；經(jīng)由電磁閥的壓力同時關閉泄放閥，機器不再放空，罐內(nèi)壓力持續(xù)上升至向外供氣。
（3）卸載。當壓力上升到壓差開關上限壓力時，壓差開關發(fā)出一個電信號給三向電磁閥，電磁閥關閉停止向進氣門伺服氣缸供氣，控制氣缸不受壓則蝶閥關閉維持小孔進氣，此時受配重控制止回閥能及時迅速的緊密關閉，同時泄放閥打開釋放油氣桶內(nèi)壓力至基本油壓?？諌簷C處于空載運行，在加載電磁閥連續(xù)失電20min后，系統(tǒng)進入空車過久停車狀態(tài)。
（4）容調(diào)?？諌簷C加載過程中為減少空壓機的空重負荷次數(shù)，安裝有反比例閥，當機組壓力達到壓力開關上限前反比例閥提前動作，減少向伺服汽缸的供氣量，進氣閥伺服氣缸閥桿推力減少，在彈簧力的作用下閥桿回縮，當彈簧力與氣缸的氣體推力平衡時，閥桿處于半開狀態(tài)，進氣量減少實現(xiàn)空壓機的容量調(diào)節(jié)。
（5）停機。停機信號來自空車過久或系統(tǒng)壓力長時間處于壓力上限，電機停止，主機停轉(zhuǎn)不再吸氣，進氣閥的內(nèi)部止回閥迅速關閉確保沒有停機吐油的現(xiàn)象，泄放閥持續(xù)放空至外部大氣壓力。

unload operation, continuous loss of power 20min in the loading of electromagnetic valve,the system into the empty parking state too long.

(5) stop. Stop signal from the empty too long or system pressure long time in the upper pressure limit, the motor stops, the host stops no longer inspiratory, internal valve check valve closed
